Job summary

CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking an Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for Dixon Healthcare Center in Wintersville, OH. The role requires leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and overall facility performance.

Qualified candidates must hold Ohio LNHA licensure, demonstrate strong management and budgeting skills, and have a proven track record in healthcare administration. This is a full-time salaried position with a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to assure care standards are met and quality resident care is delivered.
• Have authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.
• Lead, supervise, and collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.
