Job summary

• Lead multi-year strategic fundraising planning for the School of Nursing.
• Develop cases for support and write compelling donor narratives.
• Grow leadership annual giving and major gift pipeline.
• Manage a team of six and oversee budget.
• Collaborate with Central DAR and Penn leadership to maximize DAR capacity.
