Renewable Northwest seeks an Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement across four-state footprint. You will align staff, governance, and resources to advance clean energy policy, regional coordination, and project development.

Lead a leadership team, steward membership, and cultivate support from utilities, policymakers, and advocates. This role demands strategic judgment, relationship-building, and a commitment to inclusive, durable revenue growth for RNW.

Qualifications

• Experience building trust across nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
• Ability to translate strategy into priorities and resources.
• Strong leadership of managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of RNW strategic plan and align staffing.
• Steward member relationships and build coalition across diverse stakeholders.
• Represent RNW with utilities, legislators, and partners.
• Oversee membership strategy and diversified revenue.
• Develop and mentor leadership team.
