Qualifications

5+ years relevant work experience (non-profit leadership preferred).
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Experience in community engagement, fundraising, and volunteer management.

Responsibilities

Translate mission and priorities into an actionable division plan with measurable goals.
Lead and develop the division team, fostering a service-minded culture.
Engage with the Division Advisory Board and national organization to align priorities.
Oversee fundraising, food procurement, distribution, and community partnerships.
Ensure compliance, budgeting, reporting, and risk management for the division.
