Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in non-profit, business, marketing, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership or executive experience in a nonprofit.
• Experience in community engagement and fundraising across a broad donor network.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission into division strategy with measurable goals.
• Lead division team, model servant leadership, and ensure governance alignment.
• Oversee fundraising, food procurement, distribution, and program quality.
• Engage volunteers, partners, and donors to expand impact.
• Develop annual budget, reporting, and financial controls.
• Represent MFB to the community and build strategic relationships.
