Job summary

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience at CEO/ED/President/MD level, preferably 6+ years.
• Fundraising and development with donor cultivation, major gifts, sponsorships and grants.
• Budget management, strategic planning and organizational sustainability expertise.
• Ability to partner effectively with a Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
• Strong soft skills: empathetic leadership, communication, integrity and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational fundraising: cultivate donors, secure grants, manage sponsorships.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and long-term strategies for growth.
• Manage community relations and act as organizational ambassador.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee marketing, branding and communications strategies.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Director Nonprofitto join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an Onsite, direct hireposition.

SALARY:

$90,000–$100,000 depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Executive leadership experience as a CEO, Executive Director, President, or Managing Director, preferably 6+ years
• Proven fundraising and development experience with donor cultivation, major gifts, sponsorships, and grants
• Financial expertise in budget management, strategic planning, and organizational sustainability
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with a Board of Directors and external stakeholders
• Strong soft skills including empathetic leadership, excellent communication, integrity, sound judgment, and follow-through

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead organizational fundraising efforts, including cultivating donors, securing grants, and managing sponsorships
