Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director in Integrative Sciences focused on neuroscience external innovation. You will identify, evaluate, and advance opportunities across neurology and neurodegenerative areas, collaborating with Global Research, Business Development, and external partners.

You will lead cross-functional diligence, shape collaboration plans, and represent Neuroscience in internal and external forums.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced scientific training in neuroscience, CNS biology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of drug discovery/early development experience in pharma/biotech, with neuroscience focus.
• Strong understanding of neurology/neuropsychiatry biology and external opportunity assessment.
• Experience shaping external collaboration plans and negotiating with partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance high-value external neuroscience opportunities and assets.
• Lead cross-functional diligence teams for Integrative Sciences collaborations.
• Design practical collaboration plans with clear objectives, milestones, and governance structures.
• Represent Neuroscience external innovation to internal and external stakeholders.
