• 10+ years of drug discovery and/or early development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with deep, hands-on expertise in oncology and/or hematology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent Hematology-Oncology external innovation and the broader Integrative Sciences mission to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead external Hematology-Oncology opportunity triage and diligence within Integrative Sciences.
• Design and execute blended external innovation strategies spanning corporate and academic collaborations.
• Serve on governance committees and represent Integrative Sciences to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide scientific leadership in collaboration structures, contracts, and governance.
