Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command seeks an Executive Director for the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity (SIMA) Norfolk under the MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.

You will provide strategic direction, drive readiness, and oversee workforce and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include directing long-term maintenance strategy for I-level operations, managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio, and partnering with Navy leadership to ensure optimal readiness and resource alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large organization with executive oversight.
• Proven ability to direct long-term industrial maintenance strategy.
• Experience managing 1,000+ personnel and multi-million-dollar budgets.
