The role focuses on delivering access, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving enterprise impact in partnership with major distributors, GPOs, MSOs, and specialty networks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 15 years of commercial experience in life sciences.
• MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in managed care, contracting strategy, and pull-through execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional account teams in a matrix environment.

Mansioni

• Lead national accounts across distributors, GPOs, MSOs, and other national accounts.
• Drive patient access strategies and formulate portfolio access plans.
• Develop and coach senior National Account Executives.
• Ensure executive presence and strategic alignment across CMG and partners.
• Balance resources and investments to maximize impact and outcomes.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and drive enterprise-wide performance.
