Job summary

Genentech seeks an Executive Director, National Accounts—Commercial Health Systems to deliver strategic leadership across the portfolio, close care gaps, and enable product demand. You will partner with major national care delivery organizations to align capabilities with enterprise goals and the Quadruple Aim.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of commercial experience in life sciences (pharma/biotech) or related industries.
• MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient access strategies including formulary access and provider choice.
• Lead national-level initiatives in partnership across Commercial, Medical, and Government functions.
• Coach cross-functional teams to orchestrate a multi-therapy portfolio.
• Translate national alignment into facility-level pull-through and workflow integration.
• Manage governance rhythms and cross-functional accountability at scale.
• Foster a culture of performance, inclusion and continuous learning.
