The Doctors Clinic is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive of its multi-specialty medical group practice, partnering with the governing body to set and execute strategic plans.

This role oversees management and day-to-day operations, drives growth, ensures high-quality care, and maintains sound fiscal operations while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders across locations in the Puget Sound region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or related certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning and oversee day-to-day operations as delegated by the governing board.
• Develop and implement systems to support high-quality care and sound fiscal operations.
• Measure, assess, and drive continuous improvement of practice performance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote the practice within the community and build partnerships with local, regional, and national partners, including hospitals and health systems.
• Foster collaboration across clinical and operational stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
