Job summary

The client is seeking a seasoned executive physician to serve as President of its multi-specialty medical group and provide strategic, operational, and physician leadership. This role leads a rapidly growing medical group of approximately 175–180 physicians and APPs, with responsibilities to strengthen leadership infrastructure and empower physician governance to enable high-quality care and access.

The ideal candidate is a board-certified MD or DO with at least five years of clinical practice

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with at least five years of clinical practice.
• Senior physician leadership and management experience.
• Experience partnering with administrative leaders and empowering physician leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-specialty medical group consisting of 175–180 physicians and APPs.
• Strengthen leadership infrastructure and governance within the physician enterprise.
• Develop physician–administrator governance and empower decisive leadership across the organization.
• Oversee ambulatory operations, access, recruitment, productivity, quality, patient experience, physician compensation, and financial performance.
