Job summary

Variety – the Children’s Charity of Wisconsin seeks a mission-driven, relationship-centered Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter. As the Board’s senior staff partner, the ED translates Board direction into strategy, programs, and fundraising initiatives that advance impact for children with disabilities and their families.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Proven success in fundraising, donor cultivation, and revenue growth.
• Experience partnering with a volunteer board and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-driven strategy and program leadership.
• Oversee fundraising, donor stewardship, grants, events, and partnerships.
• Guide financial, operational, and governance stewardship to ensure sustainability.
• Build staff and volunteer culture and foster external relationships across Wisconsin.
