Job summary

Frontier Senior Living seeks an experienced Executive Director to manage the Catalina Springs Memory Care community in Oro Valley, AZ. The role requires active, in-good-standing AZ Assisted Living Facility Manager Certification and a track record of leading similar settings.

The Executive Director oversees day-to-day operations, drives occupancy, ensures high resident satisfaction, and maintains regulatory compliance across all departments. A performance-based bonus program is available.

Qualifications

• Active and in-good-standing Assisted Living Facility Manager Certification in Arizona.
• Experience leading a senior living community.
• Proven ability to manage occupancy and resident care in a memory care setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of quality care and services while maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all departments within the community.
• Direct marketing efforts to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Oversee programs for resident enrichment and activities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal rules and company policies.
• Lead staffing, performance management, and staff development.
• Monitor sanitation, meals, and overall resident services quality.
• Coordinate move-ins and monitor resident status under residency agreements.
