Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead technology product strategy for medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that reduce costs and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has Epic expertise, value-based care experience, and a proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive measurable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• Experience: 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic)
• Track record: Partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with healthcare delivery leadership to drive end-to-end care models across transitions and chronic pathways.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways that reduce costs while improving patient experience.
• Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time insights.
