CVS Health in the United States seeks an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead technology product strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that optimize patient outcomes and lower the total cost of care.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Experience: 10–15+ years in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementations.
• Domain: Value-based care models, quality improvement, and FFs operational dynamics.
• Leadership: Proven ability to partner with senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways and Epic architectures.
• Partner with CVS HCD leaders to define why and what, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Translate clinical visions into actionable product specs and technology roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement across care transitions, patient segmentation, and cost initiatives.
