Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product – Medical Cost Initiatives, to lead technology product strategy for key medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to shape pathways, align Epic architecture, and translate vision into scalable technology roadmaps that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
The role requires deep knowledge of value-based care, Epic workflows, and a proven track record leading
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- Experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Proven history partnering with care networks and value-based care programs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology product strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios to optimize care pathways.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers.
- Drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes through end-to-end technology roadmaps.
