Qualifications

- Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends and pathways.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business partnership and care model integration across transitions, segmentation, and specialty care.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways reducing medical costs while improving patient outcomes.
- Oversee Epic integrations and data sources to provide real-time clinician insights and scalable architectures.
