CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead the technology product strategy for medical cost portfolios across CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will partner with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end technology roadmaps and guide a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN/MD/DO/NP/PA encouraged).
Experience: 10–15+ years in healthcare operations and enterprise EHR/product management, Epic-focused.
Domain: deep knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service environments.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships with CVS HCD stakeholders to drive care model integration.
Oversee end-to-end technology pathways in medical cost initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Translate clinical vision into Epic-driven specifications and scalable architectures.
Ensure data integration from external sources into Epic workflows with real-time insights.
Establish metrics and accountable outcomes for clinical quality and financial performance.
