Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical Market Access experience.
• Current relationships with key payer stakeholders and decision makers.
• Buy-and-bill experience required; Buy-and-bill AND HEM/ONC experience preferred.
• Experience in expanding Market Access organizations preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical functions outside of Market Access (Marketing, Sales Training, Operations, National Accounts) is preferred.
• Documented ability to recruit, retain and develop top staff.
• Product launch experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all national sales and market access objectives to include revenue and profitability objectives.
• Lead Payor National Account Team to maintain and enhance access and reimbursement for product portfolio.
• Manage and expand formulary coverage and reimbursement with insurers and PBMs.
• Work with sales team to pull-through payor coverage and address payer reimbursement challenges.
• Lead Patient Services team including director and field reimbursement managers.
• Develop and implement payer strategies in collaboration with SVP, Market Access.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and government regulations.
