Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Executive Director / VP Payer National Accounts / Patient Services to lead national payor engagement, access strategies, and patient services across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid payors.

The role directs the Payor National Accounts and Patient Services teams, builds formulary and reimbursement coverage, and partners with cross-functional leaders to meet market access objectives. Travel up to 65% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical Market Access experience.
• Buy-and-bill experience required; buy-and-bill and HEM/ONC experience preferred.
• Current relationships with key payer stakeholders and decision makers.
• Ability to travel up to 65% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed national sales and market access objectives including revenue and profitability.
• Lead Payor National Account Team to expand formularies and access.
• Manage and expand coverage with national plans and PBMs.
• Oversee Patient Services team to maximize patient access and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align payer strategies.
