Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Store Planning & Construction within luxury retail or design-driven industries.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 3+ Project Managers (or equivalent) and inspire accountability.
• Track record delivering flagship-level, bespoke retail projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, setting priorities and coaching for capability and accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex flagship stores, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder communications.
• Resolve design-driven challenges with agility, manage risks, and avoid cost or schedule surprises.
• Partner with Procurement to issue RFPs, level bids, negotiate terms, and ensure value and quality.
• Develop defensible pre-construction cost estimates and provide regular financial reporting.
