Job summary

Tiffany & Co., New York, NY, is seeking a Manager, Project Store Planning and Construction for North America. You will lead the delivery of Tiffany & Co.’s retail and trade projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes while balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

You will coordinate with Store Design, Regional and Market leadership, manage budgets and schedules, and travel to site visits as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project management.
4+ years of experience in store planning/design/construction for retail expansion.
Experience in Luxury market.
Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in the North America market.
Effective communication and managerial skills.
Traveling (approximately 35%) is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of Tiffany & Co.’s retail and trade projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Build project briefs, programs/schedules and budgets aligned with the Store Development Lifecycle.
Coordinate with Store Design, Regional and Market leadership on milestones and schedules.
Manage budgets, change orders, and vendor/consultant coordination throughout the lifecycle.
Travel as required for site visits and oversight of project execution.
