Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• Three+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living with a proven track record.
• Meet state requirements for Assisted Living leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, hotel/restaurant management, or related area.
• Strong financial management skills: budgeting, cash flow, and financial analyses.
• Proficient with cloud-based OS, document management portals, internet, email/Outlook, and Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure staffing levels meet state regulations and align with budgets.
• Lead in line with Mission, Vision, Values, Standards, policies, and laws.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, ownership groups, community groups, and government agencies.
• Be available to assist the community during emergencies.
• Ensure financial operation aligns with company forecasts.
