• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record leading initiatives end-to-end in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Design and document current-state and future-state process maps across lending customer journeys.
• Support product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Build measurement frameworks to connect product activity to business outcomes (e.g., origination volume, approval rates).
• Support the reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns across lending products (e.g. direct mail, digital, pre-approved offers).
