Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Leadership Institute’s strategic plan and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, academic institutions, and stakeholders.
• Design and oversee leadership training programs and executive education courses.
• Represent the Institute at conferences, deliver keynote presentations, and publish thought leadership.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for program delivery and ensure compliance.
