Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit sector.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and governance oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and operational leadership for strategy, programs, operations, finances, development, advocacy, and community engagement.
• Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors and translate strategy into action.
• Ensure governance, accountability, sustainability, and measurable community impact.
