Job summary

The Tampa JCCs and Federation is seeking an Executive Director to lead and grow membership and programs, supervise staff, and drive fundraising efforts for the Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC and JCC North Campus.

Preferred candidates bring experience in Jewish communal settings, strong leadership, and budget skills, with a proven track record in securing gifts, sponsorships, and grants to support mission-driven programs.
