Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape the initiative's ongoing growth and long-term vision.
• Oversee the implementation of the initiative's strategic direction, including expanding the number of students reached, extending to new disciplines, and growing the mentor network.
• Manage the operations of GSIDI: communication with senior faculty mentors, outreach to students for events and applications, maintenance and expansion of mailing lists, and organizing meetings, webinars and events.
• Mentor young people, organize the matching process with faculty mentors, and track progress in applications.
• Develop strategic partnerships with pipeline universities and organizations.
• Conduct research or public-facing writing related to GSIDI.
