Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Ten years of experience in project/program management or organization leadership.
• Record of securing and managing large, complex federal and foundation grants.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience under the university equivalency rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead GAIT program leadership and management to align with School strategy.
• Oversee sponsor deliverables, budgets, compliance, and deadlines.
• Translate complex policy issues into actionable strategies.
• Monitor legislative developments and engage stakeholders.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and provide mentorship.
• Identify grant opportunities and manage relationships with funders.
• Support fundraising and donor relations with development officers.
• Disseminate findings via reports, briefs, and media channels.
• Provide technical guidance and evaluation frameworks for programs.
