Job summary

Central City Health is seeking an Executive Director of Comprehensive Behavioral Health & Integration to lead a multidisciplinary team under the Chief Medical Officer. The role directs daily clinical operations and ensures compliance with standards, funding requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with division leaders to optimize service delivery, coordinate care across primary, behavioral health, dental, and housing services, and develop annual budgets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree as stated in the education section.
• Possess and maintain a current State of Michigan licensure in LMSW, LPC, RN, or licensed psychologist.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and direction to management teams responsible for daily clinical operations.
• Develops and implements policies for clinical functions aligning with accrediting and funding bodies.
• Collaborates with management to develop annual operating and capital budgets including supplies, services, and staffing.
• Ensures integration of primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and housing; promotes team-based patient care.
