Job summary

Central Clinic Behavioral Health is seeking a Division Director for the Central Connection division in Hamilton County. The role leads program development, service delivery, and strategic planning in collaboration with the COO and CEO to meet countywide behavioral health needs.

Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree and Ohio licensure with supervisory designation, 10+ years of leadership, and experience with Medicaid/managed care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and independent Ohio licensure with supervisory designation.
• Minimum of ten years of supervisory, management, and/or leadership experience.
• Background of Medicaid, managed care, and/or care coordination settings.
• Direct experience within the Hamilton County behavioral health service system.
• Understanding of Medicaid, Managed Care and strong knowledge of Ohio Rise.
• Understanding of the Probate System.
• Preferred experience collaborating with Jobs and Family Services, Developmental Disabilities, and Juvenile Court.
• Preferred understanding of regulatory standards.
• Preferred use of electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Connection Division, promoting a culture with commitment to community, compassion, wellness, teamwork, and accountability.
• Oversee program development, service delivery, and achievement of program goals.
• Support long-term strategic planning with the COO/CEO to align with mission and countywide needs.
• Lead talent acquisition and team development for the Central Connection division.
• Supervise program managers, clinical supervisors, and staff to foster engagement and effective service delivery.
• Build and maintain community partnerships with key stakeholders and funders.
• Monitor performance and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
