Job summary
Tango Therapeutics in Boston seeks an Executive Director, Insights and Analytics to build and lead the Insights and Analytics center of excellence as Tango scales into a commercial organization.
You will define the data, analytics, and insights strategy to support the launch and lifecycle management of precision synthetic lethality therapies, reporting to the Chief Commercialization Officer and partnering with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech insights, analytics, forecasting, or related commercial operations roles.
- Deep oncology expertise and a proven track record of leading analytics for oncology or specialty product launches.
- Proven leadership in building, scaling, and developing analytics and insights organizations from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and commercial insights.
- Direct Market Research to generate deep insights from HCPs, patients, and payers to shape brand strategy.
- Provide strategic oversight of forecasting and demand planning for global launches and pipelines.
- Stand up the Data & Advanced Analytics COE and drive predictive analytics and enterprise data strategy.
