Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech insights or analytics.
• Proven leadership in building analytics organizations and oncology/biotech launches.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional leadership and strategic integration across commercial teams.
• Develop global forecasting models and lead demand planning and scenario analyses.
• Lead the Data & Advanced Analytics COE, defining enterprise data strategy and predictive capabilities.
