Job summary

University of Nebraska–Lincoln is seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative leader to guide the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management into its next chapter.

The Raikes School blends computer science, business, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership, with students engaging in industry-sponsored projects, startups, and applied research. The Executive Director will set the strategic direction, broaden partnerships, and ensure continued excellence while scaling

Qualifications

Deep understanding of innovation, technology, and business.
Excellence in undergraduate education, research, and mentorship.
Proven ability to grow programs and secure philanthropic support.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for the Raikes School and guide growth.
Strengthen partnerships across academia, technology, business, industry, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.
Expand corporate and philanthropic engagement and raise national visibility.
Maintain excellence and innovation in academic and experiential programs.
Recruit, develop, and support faculty, staff, and students.
Lead a high-performing organization with sustainable long-term plans.
