Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive infrastructure and power credit experience.
• Seasoned project finance credit professional with strong independent judgment.
• Polished communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Ability to influence risk policy, risk appetite, and regulatory engagement.
• Experience across development, construction, and operational stages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental financial analysis of complex infrastructure and power deal structures across renewable and conventional assets.
• Take ownership of internal credit ratings and documentation of decision rationale.
• Serve as independent credit authority with front office on deal structuring and terms.
• Propose structural changes to manage risk in new and existing transactions.
• Lead due diligence calls and on-site visits with management teams.
• Manage a portfolio of IG and below investment grade exposures; oversee reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and counterparty credit profiles; socialize findings.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of risk awareness.
• Participate in firm-wide risk and business projects, portfolio reviews.
