Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for specialized finance transactions across infrastructure, renewable energy, and digital development sectors.
• Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate with legal, technical, environmental, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the institution's interests.
• Collaborate with sponsors, lenders, and regulators to ensure alignment across transaction execution.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and credit views for senior management and Risk Management Committee.
• Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
• Identify and support streamlining initiatives across the credit risk function locally and globally.
