Responsibilities

Provide supervisory leadership for the Real Assets credit risk team including recruitment, training and performance management.
Ensure credit risks across the Real Assets scope are assessed, measured and monitored from origination through ongoing supervision.
Contribute to credit policy guidelines and global risk appetite for Real Assets financing initiatives.
Identify and mitigate emerging risks in partnership with business lines across vanilla and structured financing.
Maintain awareness of US regulatory environment and regional governance with adherence to requirements.
Participate in New Product Committees to assess new business initiatives and ensure governance.
Collaborate with legal, compliance and internal stakeholders to achieve optimal risk outcomes.
