You will lead cross-functional teams, shape collaboration plans, and represent Immunology externally.

The role reports to the U.S. Head of Integrative Sciences, with travel ~30% and preference for Cambridge, MA. Remote arrangements may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced training in immunology or related field.
• 10+ years in drug discovery/early development in pharma.
• Strong understanding of immune-mediated diseases across rheumatology, dermatology, gastroenterology.
• Proven ability to evaluate external scientific opportunities.
• Experience shaping external collaboration plans and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate internal Immunology Research priorities and align external search and triage with strategy.
• Lead the Immunology triage process with criteria-driven evaluation of external opportunities.
• Identify and advance immunology opportunities including academic collaborations and pre-IND or IND assets.
• Lead cross-functional diligence teams for evaluation and provide scientific opinion during reviews.
