Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking an Executive Director, Research – Integrative Sciences, Hematology-Oncology, to identify and advance external opportunities that strengthen the pipeline. The role interfaces with Global Research, Early Development, Business Development, and alliance management to drive high-value collaborations.

The position reports to the U.S. Head of Integrative Sciences, with travel ~30% and preferred location in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced scientific training in cancer biology, hematology, immuno-oncology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance high-value external scientific opportunities in hematology-oncology.
• Lead cross-functional diligence teams for external opportunity evaluation.
• Shape external collaboration plans with scientific objectives, milestones, governance, and success measures.
• Represent Integrative Sciences to internal/external stakeholders and communicate progress regularly.
• Travel up to 30% (domestic and international) and participate in governance as needed.
