Job summary

The Verland Foundation Inc is seeking an Executive Director of ICF Programs to provide strategic and operational leadership across all Verland ICF and ORC locations. You will oversee regional and facility leaders, ensure adherence to CMS, state, and local standards, and drive person-centered care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, performance monitoring, staff development, and collaboration with senior leadership to align operations with Verland’s

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in a multi-site environment.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational abilities; excellent communication skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and resource management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ICF/IDD regulations and Medicaid/Medicare funding.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for all Verland ICF and ORC operations across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and state/local standards.
• Lead and mentor administrators and management teams toward goals in operations, clinical care, compliance and finances.
• Develop policies promoting best practices in care delivery, staff engagement, safety and quality assurance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for all locations.
• Monitor performance metrics and institute corrective actions as needed.
• Represent Verland in external partnerships and community engagement activities.
