Job summary

Verland is seeking an Executive Director of ICF Programs to provide strategic and operational leadership across all Verland ICF and ORC locations. The role ensures compliant, person-centered care and drives performance.

You will lead regional and facility leaders, oversee budgeting, regulatory compliance, and program development, and represent Verland in partnerships and community initiatives. The position requires leadership experience in long-term care and IDD services, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of ICF/IID regulations and long-term care standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and resource management.
• Commitment to person-centered care and Verland’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for all Verland ICF and ORC operations across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, health department, and state licensing standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support administrators and management teams to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement policies promoting best practices in care delivery, staff engagement, safety, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with Verland’s mission and strategic plan.
• Monitor performance metrics and quality indicators; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for all locations.
• Represent Verland in regulatory matters, families, and community partnerships.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and person-centered care.
