Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field with regulatory focus.
• Experience leading safe adoption of enterprise AI capabilities within technology risk and controls workflows, incl. data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to define review/approval and escalation for AI-assisted recommendations with security and auditability.
• Strong understanding of technology control frameworks, governance practices, and control monitoring techniques.
• Experience partnering with internal and external audit, regulatory examinations, and remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of technology risk and control strategies across IAM.
• Drive continuous improvement of control effectiveness and risk transparency.
• Set reuse-first expectations for enterprise AI adoption within risk operations with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Modernize audit and regulatory response processes through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish and enhance continuous control monitoring frameworks for risk identification and remediation.
• Partner with technology, cybersecurity, product, operations, compliance, audit, and control teams to strengthen governance.
• Provide executive-level reporting and risk insights to senior leadership.
• Lead a high-performing team of risk, control, and governance professionals.
