JPMorganChase is seeking a Technology Operational Risk Executive Director within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Technology & Cyber in New York. The role leads oversight of AI/ML risk across large programs and data platforms, evaluates cybersecurity practices, and challenges risk mitigation strategies for AI initiatives.

The position requires 15+ years in technology, deep AI/ML knowledge, and strong collaboration with technology, risk, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a technology role.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of operational risk for the engineering organization developing platforms for AI and machine learning and data serving
• Lead thematic analysis of existing risks and internal and external events related to AI and machine learning
• Challenge first‑line technology and cyber risk mitigation strategies and execution for AI and machine learning use cases
• Assess operational and cyber risk of AI and machine learning use for technology and cybersecurity purposes
• Collaborate with operational risk officers across corporate functions to align on AI and machine learning risk oversight activities
