Job summary

Affinity Hospice Holdings, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to provide overall direction of hospice services in the Athens, GA region. This leadership role oversees staff hiring, service delivery, and adherence to federal and state guidelines, driving quality improvement and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hospice management experience, with RN and Bachelor's degree preferred, and a track record of coordinating interdisciplinary teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting with P&L oversight.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulatory requirements (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall direction of hospice services and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee employment of qualified hospice personnel and staffing plans.
• Ensure care aligns with Medicare, Medicaid, ACHC, and federal/state guidelines.
• Maintain governance, budgets, and operational planning.
• Lead on-call rotation and evaluate outcomes against goals.
• Facilitate staff meetings, policy updates, and performance reviews.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and compassionate patient care.
• Coordinate with administrators to ensure seamless patient experience.
