Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking an Executive Director in Athens, GA to lead hospice services and drive strategic initiatives. This role oversees staff, ensures compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and ACHC guidelines, and partners with the leadership team to maintain service quality.

The position requires 3+ years of hospice management experience; RN preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; CPR certification and driving ability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospice management experience.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospice services and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, ACHC, Federal and State guidelines.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate staff; maintain staffing levels.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and IDG meetings; ensure quality and safety.
