Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive operations management experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.
• Strong organization and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
• Experience in Home Care or related healthcare field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations of the business area.
• Ability to travel 25–50% or as needed.

Aufgaben

• Reviews operation’s performance/support needs with Executive Management.
• Analyzes operations and branch staff for alignment with BrightSpring’s vision, mission, and values.
• Lead all operations under supervision to maximize revenue and EBITDA.
• Implement corrective actions for underperforming operations.
• Participate in annual budgets and operational plans.
• Provide leadership support and tools to meet goals.
• Builds business and increase sales to meet/exceed goals.
• Consult with Corporate Sales on implementation strategies.
• Evaluate growth opportunities by expanding services.
• Coordinate training staff on systems, standard processes, policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership during vacancies and implement standard processes to improve service delivery.
• Establish relationships and liaise between operations and Executive Leadership Team.
• Assess processes and performance.
• Deploy Core Team resources as required.
• Assist with process improvements to reach performance goals.
• Ensure recruitment/retention plans with HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Other duties as assigned.
