Job summary

CNS Cares in Westminster, CO is seeking an Executive Director to provide market leadership and direction for delivering home health agency services. You will lead strategic planning, development, and attainment of market and company goals in a compliant, patient-focused environment.

The role requires strong operations leadership, budgeting acumen, and the ability to manage regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal levels.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare.
• Two (2) years of operations leadership experience in healthcare.
• Maintain current state licensure and liability/malpractice insurance, if applicable.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and executes strategic planning for market growth and census.
• Oversees and manages the annual operating budget.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and State Operations Manual.
• Recruitment and retention of clinical staff to meet patient needs.
• Drives growth strategy with sales and reports monthly KPIs.

Education

Associate's degree in a related field

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field desirable but not required
