CommonSpirit Health at Home in Colorado is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead planning, direction, and evaluation of all clinical services at the assigned facility.

You will oversee quality patient care, regulatory compliance, EMR workflow, staffing, and staff development, with emphasis on performance and service excellence. Strong leadership and regulatory experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (BSN preferred), in good standing.
• CPR or BLS certification (current).
• Three years of management experience required.
• Two years of home care or hospice experience required; one year in hospital nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion mission, values, goals, and high standards of customer service.
• Uphold the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provide prompt and professional operational support to staff.
• Direct provision of quality patient care and ensure appropriate plans of care.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of clinical records for regulatory and financial needs.
• Guarantee EMR workflow completion and currency for DCS and MCS.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate clinical performance measures and implement action plans.
• Develop clinical staff knowledge and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate regulatory, operational, and financial information to staff.
• Foster performance excellence through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and monitor productivity.
• Support associate education and morale.
• Participate in branch activities and budget/financial analysis.
• May serve as Administrator of Record with State agency.
